Ownership: (CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP) is the sole owner of (career-xchange.com) (hereinafter referred to as ‘PORTAL’) and its services.

Acceptance of Terms: When you register as a user of our services, we ask for some personal information that will be used to activate your account, provide the Services to you, communicate with you about the status of your account, and for other purposes set out. Your name, address, mobile/telephone number, email address, educational qualifications, gender, credit/debit card information and certain other information about you may be required by us to provide the Services or be disclosed by you during your use of the Services. Your account will be encrypted with a password only shared with you and would be verified at the time of login.

Acceptance of services: According to terms, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services to our Users. As part of the registration process, Users will identify an administrative user-name and password of a Company/Organization account. Subject to the terms hereof, we will endeavor to provide User with reasonable support services and implementations assistance, through electronic mail or another reasonable mechanism, in accordance with Company’s standard practice.

Rights to Your Information: You have the right to access and edit your information at any time through the web interface provided as part of the Services. However, to make sure that the personal information we maintain about you is accurate, please access your account and correct the same to reflect the change.

Aggregated Data: We may also use your personal information to generate Aggregated Data for internal use and for audits on a selective basis. “Aggregated Data” means records which have been stripped of information potentially identifying users, and which have been manipulated or combined to provide generalized, anonymous information. Your identity and personal information will be kept anonymous in Aggregated Data.

Right to use: You can use the Portal for both commercial and non-commercial with accordance of these Terms. Additional terms may also apply to certain features, parts or content of the Portal and, where they apply, they will be displayed before you access the relevant features, parts or content.

Intellectual property rights: All intellectual property rights (which includes rights such as copyright, and rights in trade marks) in any content of the Portal (including text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trademarks and logos) are owned by us and/or our licensors. Except as expressly set out in these Terms, nothing in these Terms gives you any rights in respect of any intellectual property owned by us or our licensors and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading content from the Portal. If you print, copy or store pages from the Portal (only as permitted by these terms and conditions), you must ensure that any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right notices contained in the original content are reproduced.

Your Account and confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password for Your Account (which is protected by OTP), and for any and all activities that may occur under Your Account. You shall keep any and all required profile information accurate and up-to-date. You will inform PORTAL Administrator immediately in writing of any actual or potential unauthorized access to Your account or password. Do not share OTP with any third parties, which may lead to fishing of personal data or result in monetary loss or defamation. Accounts are subject to cancellation by PORTAL Administrator at any time, including upon the misuse of the account or breach of these Terms. PORTAL (Career-Xchange.com) is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password or any resulting activities under Your Account.

Eligibility Requirements. The age limit to use this PORTAL is 12+. By creating an account with us, you warrant that you are at least 12 years of age. If you’re under the age required, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the PORTAL or download its App. Please have your parent or legal guardian read these terms with you. If you’re a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your child to use the services, then these terms apply to you and you’re responsible for your child’s activity on our services.

Modification of the Terms. CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP reserves the rights, at our discretion, to change, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms to this page. Please check these Terms and any policies periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site/Portal (including any use of any of Site Content or submission of Your Content, each defined further below) after the changes become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. Except as stated elsewhere, such amended Terms will automatically be effective upon the earlier of (a) your ongoing use of the Site/Portal with actual notice of the new terms, or (b) 30 days after PORTAL has first posted notice of the new terms on this page.

License: PORTAL is a subscription based, non-exclusive, non-assignable, personal Portal. Please note that confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP reserves all the right to disable the Portal services at any time/upon the expiry of the subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software. Also, you may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract any of our source code unless you have our written permission or applicable law lets you do so.

Content: No objections can be raised for streaming ads on the Portal.

Disclaimer of Warranty: Career-Xchange HR Solutions LLP does not promise that the Portal or any Portal content, service or feature of the Portal will be up-to-date, error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected, or that your use of the Portal will provide specific results. The Portal and the Portal contents are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP cannot ensure that any files or other data you download from the Portal will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features.

CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP disclaim any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third parties in connection with or related to your use of the Portal. You assume total responsibility for your use of the Portal, including without limitation, the Portal content and any linked sites. Your sole remedy against PORTAL for dissatisfaction with the site or any site content is to stop using the site or any such site content.

Online Payment: All the online payments are subject to the rules & regulations of the concerned payment gateway service provider. CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP has the full right to change the payment gateway partner without any notice. Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment. The subscription should be active to use the Portal continuously. CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP retains the rights to continue or discontinue the usage of PORTAL. Payment once made cannot be refunded at any circumstances.

Besides, CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP does not promote offline payments through whatever means such as Cash or personal payments, for which CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP has no legal bounding for any loss or misappropriation.

Job Vacancy Updates: The Portal will only be proving Job Vacancy Updates for the users of the Portal. However, there is no guarantee regarding the authenticity of the Job Vacancy (users are advised to make sure the security, safety, authenticity, decency and all other physical and other conditions related to any employer or vacancy provider, for which user might be interested in before making any contract or agreements with them), and there is no guarantee by CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP that the user shall be given a confirmed job appointment.

Services & Pricing:

Job Seekers: We provide our Customers/Job seekers with the contact details of the various business organizations offering the particular job vacancies. Our Customers/Job seekers are then provided with the option to directly contact the business organizations of their choice. The online registration fee for the service will be based on the bundle package the User may choose + Government Taxes, which will be valid for different periods depending on the bundle package users have selected with the option to renew it subsequently.

Employers: We enable our Employers or Job Providers the facility to advertise their vacancies on our Portal/Portal so that it will be displayed to our Users so that they will directly contact you offer themselves as candidates or to provide candidates. This facility is free of cost except for our premium employers, who will pay a nominal non-refundable amount (which will be decided by CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP time to time) + tax

Franchisees: We provide our Franchisees, the facility to view contact details of job seekers for strictly giving employment for them and the contact details of the various business organizations offering job vacancies. There will be a monthly enrollment fee + tax for the franchisee service, which will be decided or revised by CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP from time to time.

Businesses or persons who are subscribed for career-xchange.com, franchisee service may charge for the offline service they may render will not be accounted in the name of CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP or CareerXchange will not be responsible for the activities or payments to/by such firms/individuals.

Refund Policy : Job vacancy updates are available for different number of days depending on the bundle package selected by the user upon making the payment. Please make sure the data you update is correct. There will be no refund after payment. We only provide Job Vacancy Updates. If any issue regarding payment arises due to any technical error, we will refund the amount within 90 working days. There is no guarantee regarding the authenticity of the Job Vacancy, and there is no guarantee by Career-Xchange.com that the user shall be given a confirmed job appointment and there is no guarantee regarding the minimum number of job vacancy updates. If the Jobseeker decides to cancel our services, they can do so by navigating to their profile and clicking the "Delete Your Account" button.

Businesses or persons who are subscribed for career-xchange.com, franchisee service may charge for the offline service they may render will not be accounted in the name of CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP or CareerXchange will not be responsible for the activities or payments to/by such firms/individuals, and for such amounts no claims shall be entertained by CareerXchange HR Solutions LLP.

Usage of IPG : We use South Indian Bank Ltd. as our IPG (Internet Payment Gateway) to offer Jobseekers and other subscribers, services they are subscribed for. We accept the following payment methods: Credit & Debit cards, UPI, Netbanking.


Privacy Policy

Types of Data collected

Among the types of Personal Data that our Portals collect, by itself or through third parties, there are: Contacts permission; Camera permission; Microphone permission; Social media accounts permission; Approximate location permission (continuous); Cookies; Usage Data; email address; password; unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example). Complete details on each type of Personal Data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy or by specific explanation texts displayed prior to the Data collection. Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application. Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service. Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner. Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available. Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

  • Deter, detect, and prevent fraud and other prohibited or illegal activities.

  • To affiliated and unaffiliated service providers for the sole purpose of enabling them to provide services to us in connection with providing our Services to you;

  • If we are acquired by or merged with another entity, if all or part of our assets are acquired, or in response to a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer your information to the acquiring entity;
  • When posted by you or an authorized third-party, to our wikis, forums, blogs, message boards, chat rooms and other social networking environments or Sites;
  • We also may share aggregate or non-personally identifiable data about users with third parties for marketing, advertising, research, analytics or similar purposes; and
